Steam traps for high efficiency seperation:
- Float controlled condensate discharge units/trap - Most robust by design. The float operates the plug valve, delivers the condensate at incoming rates without steam & hence can be used for even flammable gaswater separation, can recycle separated condensate without the need of pump.
- Rise in level of the condensate lifts the float.
- Unit functions smoothly and precisely without any delay or noise & independent of fluctuations in temperature. This assures trapping of steam up-stream of this unit with highest efficiency.

Sonic Cleaning System Sonic cleaning system are a part of boiler accessories. Its sailent features are:- Robust construction
- Uses sonic energy to vibrate the dust particles
- The sound waves are generated by a special bell shaped sound emitter powered by air and controlled electrically by a solenoid valve
- Operated multiple times a minute by timer using compressed air without operator presence
- Sound waves at frequencies between 150 & 350 Hz are created using compressed air. This breaks the physical bond of adherence with the metal & the dust dislodges.
