Tube Ice Makers

Salient Features: -Available in 5 models differing in capacity-Works on R-717 ( ammonia), or R-22 ( Freon ) on thermosyphon refrigeration technology. This reduces the cost of tube ice manufacturing. -Produces crystalline ice inside the tube with diameter 20mm, 25mm or 32mm & approximate length of 25/32 mm -Ice is produced & expelled automatically every 15 to 20 minutes. -Supplied on a mounted base frame, with proper insulation. -Tubes are of SS.304 -Provided with integral cycle timer, set of valves for auto change over off cycle. Economics: -Produces more tube ice than other tube ice makers when using an equally rated compressor. -Separate defrost cycle is not required. -Lowest refrigeration losses due to special fiberglass insulated enclosure. -Easy to install & lowest maintenance due to highly reliable components. Tube ice machine components: -Water Distributors: Made up of elastic material which creates a continuous uninterrupted peripheral seal between the tube ends and water distributor. -Float Switch: Freezer: Of high quality stainless steel for all water and ice contact surfaces providing corrosion resistance and easy clean ability, -Cutter: Stainless Steel cutters driven by gear motors are unequally designed to produce cut tubes. -Cutter Motor: Built with heavy duty design to give years of reliable ice-sizing service. -Water Pumps: Centrifugal cast in iron pump.
