Ice Making Chillers

It is known as two stage or three stage chiller systems that is used to produce chilled water, chilled brine and chilled process solutions and has the followimng features:

Uses falling film chillers which requires less floor area for installation
Chilled water units are available in 6 models
Chilled brine & chilled process solution units are available in tailor made capacities.
Chiller is available in both stainless tubes (as standard) but C.S. tubes can also be offered.
Thermosyphon flow dynamics provided on the refrigerant side
SKID mounted unit / containerised unit
Can be shifted easily from site to site.
Less field installation work is required.
Gas de-super heater, condenser and receiver use X-ray tested shells and IBR approved tubes.
Chilled brine & chilled process Solution units can be supplied in desired material of construction based on the corrosion rates.
System includes chiller, tank with circulation pump, evaporative condenser, refrigerant tank, gas de-super heater.
Electrical control panel: Containing instruments for automation, starters of all the motors.

Optional supplies:

Compressor: Of reputed brands such as BITZER. SABROE. Kirloskar with motor of reputed brands like Crompton, Bharat Bijlee etc, oil separator.(Optional supply)

Operating conditions:

Evaporation temp: (-5 degrees) for chilled water. As per temperature requirements for the chilled brine & Chilled process solutions.
40 degrees condensing temp. for all typesc
Water temp 1O degrees

Hydro Cooler

Salient Features:

Available with conveyors (optional), booth, pumps and refrigeration systems.
Contains strainer/ separator for the dirt washed away from the material.
Completely self contained, compact spaced.
Built with steel, insulated by foamed polyethylene ,marine grade plywood base, rust free FRP lining, plastic curtain door.
Automatic door operation
Two individually controllable refrigeration units single or 3 phase supply based
Workmanship to meet the USDA requirements through the use of suitable material of construction (Optional)

Industrial Condensors/Evaporatives

Salient Features:

Designed with special air cooled de-super heater with oil separators as compressor discharge separates over 95% of the oil in the compressed gas.
Evaporative condenser based on North star USA technology as the condenser of the refrigerant circuit.
Manufactured to meet the requirement of high pressure temperature.
Made in FRP casing, simplified water distribution system, PVC drift eliminators, SS axial vane fans & hot dip galvanized coil.
Easy descaling, without the need to dismantle water side.
Available in 6 Models to match standard compressors of BOC/Frick/Kirloskar/super freeze etc, (EC-** for HFC, ECM-** for ammonia)

Falling Film Chillers

Sailent Features:

Vertical shell-tube type with patented thermosyphon arrangement on refrigerant side
Supplied with level control, oil removal, gas-liquid separator on refrigerant side.
Uniform film forming arrangement on water side offer negligible pressure drop
Tubes can be supplied with corrosion resistant material (optionally)

Benefits:

Low pressure drop through chiller results in lowest power consumption
Can be used with ammonia, HFC refrigerants
Can be installed for chilled brine, process chilling system on hold up tank
No need of separate pump for circulation through chiller
